The client is obliged to provide complete and accurate financial information. StashExcess commits to offering professional advice based on industry best practices. Any investment decision remains at the client's discretion.
StashExcess cannot be held responsible for financial losses resulting from the application of our recommendations. Our services are based on objective analyses, but we do not guarantee specific results. Our total liability is limited to the value of the services purchased.
All shared financial data is treated with strict confidentiality and stored in secure systems. We do not disclose information to third parties without the client's explicit consent, except as required by law.
Payments are made according to the issued invoice. Refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase, only if the service has not been fully provided. For subscriptions, cancellation can be made 30 days before renewal.
Either party may terminate the collaboration with 15 days' notice. StashExcess reserves the right to suspend access to services in case of non-payment or breach of terms.
We reserve the right to update these terms. Any changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via email or on our website. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of the new conditions.
